If you have any of the following: cough, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing (see more details here) — please stay home, and seek medical attention as needed. We ask that you check your temperature to ensure that it is normal prior to attending. Also, if you have been exposed to anyone with the above conditions, we ask that you stay home and tune in to the conference via livestream.

If you are in an age bracket that is considered at-risk, your participation is purely voluntary. If you do choose to attend, you agree and understand that you are in a public setting with other individuals that are not related to you. As in any other public setting, there is a risk to be away from your home.

If you or a loved one in your home is considered at-risk due to compromised health or underlying health conditions (see more details here), we recommend that you do not attend the conference in person but instead tune in via livestream.

We are committing to keep with the CDC recommendations for personal health and sanitizing. See the CDC guidance on cleaning and disinfecting to learn more.

We are asking all attendees to please abide by the CDC’s recommendations based on our auditorium configuration. We will have three to four seats of space between you and the next person.

Yes, you are required to wear a mask if you want to attend. If you don’t have one, we will provide you with one. Your temperature will also be taken by a non-invasive thermometer at the entrance. All the ushers will have masks and gloves on.
