Pastor Paul is the senior pastor of Los Angeles City Blessing Churches, as well as President and Apostle of City Blessing Churches Worldwide. He holds his Doctorate of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute. Pastor Paul is also the president of World Blessing Foundation. The Lord is using Paul’s ethnic background and multicultural experiences as an effective tool in doing the works of his ministry that cross racial and denominational lines.
